A great meeting of the Conference on Technology, Knowledge, and Society in Valencia, Spain. I was proud to present on the work of our Desirable AI project with fellow research fellow Dr. Ana Ilievska!

I enjoyed so many important and thought-provoking discussions during the highly interdisciplinary and interactive NASA Communicating Discoveries in the Search for Life in the Universe Event. Many thanks to the organizers for this huge undertaking.

The Academy of International Affairs at the University of Bonn hosted an excellent Summer Academy on Outer Space Affairs, and I was pleased to be able to speak on Questions of Earth's Detectability and Preparations for Post-Detection

I had a stellar time at the Oxygen in Planetary Atmospheres Workshop at the Green Bank Observatory. In addition to learning about the science of early Earth, presenting on astrobiology ethics, and serving on the public panel discussion on Astrobiology and the Human Experience, I also got to tour the amazing Green Bank Telescope!
